1. Digital Product Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products, including software licenses and downloads, are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered.
2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- The digital product is defective or corrupted and cannot be used as intended.
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once (duplicate orders).
- You did not receive the product due to a technical error on our end.

3. Refund Process
If your refund request meets the conditions above, we will review your claim and, if approved:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Or offer store credit or a replacement product, depending on the situation.
Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in being banned from future purchases. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to help if there’s an issue.
